1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Manifold Studio ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

Manifold Studio is a desktop application that allows users to automate browser workflows and bulk upload files to websites. The Software uses browser automation technology to interact with third-party websites on behalf of the user.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Software only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the terms of service of any third-party websites you interact with
  • Not use the Software for spamming, harassment, or malicious activities
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Not use the Software to violate any intellectual property rights

4. Third-Party Websites

Manifold Studio interacts with third-party websites that have their own terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with those terms. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party websites, including account suspensions or bans.

5. Community Workshop Disclaimer

The Community Workshop allows users to share and download workflows created by other users. These workflows are NOT verified by Manifold Studio and may contain malicious or harmful automation sequences. By downloading and using community workflows, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Community workflows are provided "AS IS" without any warranty
  • Workflows may perform unintended or harmful actions on websites
  • Workflows may access, modify, or delete your data on third-party platforms
  • Manifold Studio is NOT responsible for any damages, account bans, data loss, or other consequences resulting from the use of community workflows
  • You use community workflows entirely at your own risk

We strongly recommend reviewing the workflow steps before execution and only downloading workflows from trusted sources with positive ratings.

6. License Plans

Manifold Studio offers different license plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited features for personal use
  • Pro Plan: Full features with priority support
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom solutions for businesses

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription through the customer portal.

7. Intellectual Property

Manifold Studio and all associated intellectual property are owned by Manifold Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to your plan.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MANIFOLD STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
